Have you ever stepped foot inside a gym? The beauty of them is... They vary. There's your average YMCA or lifetime fitness with old people and their personal trainers showing them how to do a lift and to get "toned", to stepping into a gold's gym or the like and being blown back by the intensity. It really is a cool experience being part of it. You build bonds, and you get huge. How can that get any better?
Now, there is one major thing that can completely ruin a gym experience for you and your friends: "That guy." The gym idiot, the one who makes you angered because of his idiocy and shenanigans. Your mother doesn't work here buddy, Simmer. Now, what are these things that your gym idiot does? What are the things that grinds your gears and gives reason for your next biggest pet peeve? Now, I'm the type of person to not give a crap what people do, to each their own, but these are some things that are completely unnecessary.
Look dude, don't bring your 4 friends when you each weigh around 120 lbs and get all pumped up for your lift right in front of me, then proceed to go to the dumbbells and start curling your 15 lbs for 30 seconds followed by 10 minutes of talking. Another one is when you see a person bertstare at you as you as you are doing your exercise then they proceed to go do their lift with terrible terrible form. The way they swing their entire body just makes ME ache... Learn proper form and don't herniate your discs right in front of me. What makes both of these so much worse? When the idiot goes and does his exercise in the squat rack. THE SQUAT RACK. Guess what that things for buddy? To squat, not for you to go curl the bar for sets of 200 with crappy form and socialize with your friends. Leave the rack to the big boys and get out.
