Anxiety

When we had a big storm on Monday morning I was sitting in class and freaking out. I have a huge anxiety of tornadoes. Which obviously comes with storms. I've learned how to control my fear and rationalize. Some people make fun of me for how scared I am or tornadoes. But that is my only fear. And I bet those people and everyone else has something that they are truly afraid of. Even the guys who answer "I'm afraid of nothing." Yeah, that is a lie.

For example, my one friend is deathly afraid of clowns. She once went to Six Flags during Fright Fest (smart idea, right?) and she accidentally went into the clown section. About 7 or 8 clowns circled around her and started laughing and freaking her out. At that point she was already on the ground crying in the fetal position balling her eyes out...And she was 15.

Are there any things that you are deathly afraid of?

Elaina, the next time we hang out, I'm locking you in a closet. Haha. And yeah, I think I am a little bit claustrophobic too. I HATE elevators for that reason. Haha.

I am totally afraid of being locked in small spaces like closets or something. I am kind of claustrophobic so it just freaks me out!

I am also one who is afraid of clowns. Ever since I was little and went to the circus when I was little and saw the clowns and for some odd reason I now have always been afraid of them. Yea I know weird right.

Okay clowns are my biggest fear and when I scrolled down and saw that picture I literally jumped and screamed(no joke). So I will definitely be having a hard time falling asleep tonight. Haha...but seriously I will so I know exactly how your friend felt who was crying at Six Flags. Poor girl :(

Yea I have a big fear of spiders for some reason. Probably because one summer night a long time ago in my room I was sleeping and I felt something crawling on me (it was a spider), and then I freaked out and ran into my brothers room and slept in there for the rest of the night.

Sometimes when i'm driving i sometimes feel that somehow my tire will pop or i will loose control and go flying off the road. I still love driving but i always get that feeling

I have an irrational fear of electricity. A couple of times I've been shocked hard enough to knock me down, so I don't like dealing with electricity. Even plugging something into a socket gives me a mild jittery feeling.

EWWW that picture on the right is creepy Danielle!!! But umm yeah I am really afraid of snakes. I'm not sure why... I guess just how slimy they look and I just freaked out that they are going to slither on up me and strangle me to death. Weird but its just what I always think is going to happen to me.

Im deathly afraid of spiders. Today i was walking down basement stairs carrying a box and as soon as i turned at the bottom of the staircase there was a huge daddy long leg dangling in front of me. I freaked out. We just learned about phobias in psychology and how some peoples are controllable and some people, mostly people with agoraphobia, cant control it and it pretty much controls them. It was really sad because these people just stayed in their house all day and couldnt have a normal life.
