Mother's Day: Appreciation for one day

                Mother’s day just passed and we probably all spent the day with our moms or at least got her a present. Is that really enough though? Whenever I’m with my friends, I hear a lot of “I hate my mom, she’s such a bitch.” and it really makes me angry. Why do people blame their mom for everything? *beep beep beep* Now everyone be quiet!

As we all know, Fremd recently decided to use an alarm when a hard lockdown drill is in effect.  Yeah sure, they’re only trying to keep us safe from all the terrible people who don’t have Ids on. But isn’t having an alarm a little obvious about what’s going on? If someone threatening is actually in the school, they’ll hear *beep beep beep* and see that kids are running inside classrooms and they’ll probably do the same.

Unusual Medical Conditions: How weird do they get?

After reading "The Masque of the Red Death," it got me thinking about weird medical conditions. I thought that bleeding through your pores was pretty weird, until I found some even weirder medical conditions and dysfunctions.

Is being Atheist "cool" nowadays?

I have noticed that more and more of the people that I know are calling themselves atheists. Or a lot of teenagers will say “I’m supposed to be –insert religion here- but I don’t believe in it.” Why do teenagers do this? In biology, they teach us theories on how science thinks the earth was created. Religions have different theories on how they think it was created so is it leading to confusion?
