"Ones religion should NOT affect how they govern. Not every one in this country practices the same religion and therefore the laws they follow shouldn't reflect a certian religion."

"I think that a person in power SHOULD have religion and live by it, but should NOT rule by it. If a leader believes in a religion that teaches good morals and such, then great we don't have an person who makes bad choices in…"

Religion in Power: Good or Bad?

While learning history in American Studies, I can't help but notice that a majority of events are initiated as a result of religious reasons of one kind or another. While some of these events are positive, many others are not good at all. Possibly because of my non-churchgoing upbringing, a lot of the time I think that religion is a bit unnecessary for anything other than deciding how you personally live your life. To clarify, I do not hate the people who are piously dedicated to their beliefs.…See More

9/11 Skylines and Turnstiles

I'm not usually someone who writes a lot , not publicly anyway but I do love to express my self through art, usually visual art but most of the time the art I make is influenced by something . In this case it's a song a written by one of my favorite musicians as a response to the feeling of horror and disbelief as he watched the Twin Towers in New York go from icons to ruins on 9/11/01. The song is sad,…See More
