There's really not much asked for us in American Studies. Our Ning assignments are our primary assignments for a majority of the year.

Recently, there was a culture project opportunity to see the movie "Food, Inc." which depicted how cruelly animals were treated so that people could stuff themselves with their remains. Now, I'm not a vegetarian, but I don't think some of the acts that I've seen performed to these animals are right.
