School's Just Started and I Can Already See Heads Bobbing In Class. We Need Some Extra Sleep, Guys.
Through science we have seen how sleep is just as important to human well-being as air, water, and food. So how is it reasonable to have students up at the crack of dawn, on their way to school, where they won’t absorb the information they’re picking up? It simply isn’t.
