"That is so funny and clever! It's amazing what people will fall for these days! I think I would catch on fairly quickly though because I am always aware of the date, and when April 1st rolls around, I know that I'm going to get pranked…"

"The spirit of April Fools Day is almost dead. Now a days there is never any truely creative pranks. Todays pranks are quite lame and followed by an uninthusiastic April Fools. It still has to potential to be a great holiday but people have to think…"

Favorite thing about American Studies
It takes learning a book the boring way and turns it to a fun way and you get more information then you would have if you took the regular english class.

The Media...Can't Live With Them, Can't Live Without Them

I always disliked the news. When I was young my parents always wanted me to watch the news. I only paid attention to the weather and the sports because everything else was about evil crimes people did. I was also scared at times to watch after hearing about serial killers and bombings. Now, during the rare occasions in which I watch the news, I have little to no emotion towards the stories of murder and battery. If anything I just hate the person who commited the crime or idiot who ran…

He was very popular with the talk shows and the comedy shows. For example, "Late Night Show" host David Letterman had a segment in his show called "Great moments in Presidental History" where he showed clips of some previous speeches. The best part…

9/11 Skylines and Turnstiles

I'm not usually someone who writes a lot , not publicly anyway but I do love to express my self through art, usually visual art but most of the time the art I make is influenced by something . In this case it's a song a written by one of my favorite musicians as a response to the feeling of horror and disbelief as he watched the Twin Towers in New York go from icons to ruins on 9/11/01. The song is sad,…See More
