Does our generation have too many distractions?
I don't know about you, but when it comes to doing homework I look for as many distractions as I can to procrastinate on my assignment (like this one :D). Lies, lies, and more lies.
You could be watching TV and your mom tells you if you did your homework and you just reply "Yeah I did it already." A little girl could have seen something traumatic incident, and her mother comforts her by saying "Everything is going to be alright." From Tragedy To Triumph
On August 5th, 2010, 33 Chilean miners became trapped 2400 ft (700 m) under Chile's Atacama Desert. At first it seemed like a tragedy, 33 souls buried underground never to see the light of day. This was the second tragedy of 2010 to strike Chile, the earlier one being the tremendous earthquake. As a Chilean, I personally do not like seeing my country in such turmoil twice in a year.
