Overload of Stress in Your Life?
Kids now, have more stress put on them due to extracurricular's and sports, I believe than any other time in history. We've been taught to believe that in order to achieve the things in life that we want and to get into the best colleges, we need to build up a resume for ourselves, that is stock piled with all the different activities that we have been enroled in since the 5th grade.
